Sur Law & Consultancy was founded in Istanbul in 2015 by Attorney and Mediator Halil Burak Memiş. With a focus on Istanbul and London, Sur Law & Consultancy provides legal advisory and dispute resolution services to individual clients as well as companies, start-ups, and entrepreneurs. In addition to handling litigation and disputes, the firm applies a preventive-law approach to legal needs arising from companies’ day-to-day operations, commercial contracts, employment relationships, and corporate processes. It also provides local and international clients with legal support for their activities in Türkiye and cross-border business relationships.
