Halil Burak Memiş

Attorney and Mediator Halil Burak Memiş graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Law, completed his master’s degree in Communication and Media Law at Marmara University, and also studied Social Psychology at Sapienza University of Rome.
Throughout his career, he has worked at law firms and gained in-house counsel experience. In 2015, he founded Sur Law & Consultancy and began providing independent legal representation and advisory services.
Working from Istanbul and London, Memiş advises companies, start-ups, and entrepreneurs on corporate and commercial law, contracts, employment law, dispute resolution, and legal matters arising from their day-to-day operations. He also serves as a mediator.
